LinkedIn’s own collection and use of your information is governed by LinkedIn’s Privacy Policy and your LinkedIn settings.

Clients receive a privacy notice at the beginning of the advisory relationship and at least annually thereafter, as required by Regulation S-P.
Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising Technologies
Our websites use cookies, tags (sometimes called pixels), and similar technologies. We use Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use ironoakwealth.com and careers.ironoakwealth.com. On our recruiting pages, including careers.ironoakwealth.com, we also use the LinkedIn Insight Tag to:
measure how well our recruiting ads work, including whether an ad led to an inquiry; and
show our recruiting ads on LinkedIn to relevant audiences, including people who have visited our recruiting pages.
We do not place advertising tags on client login or client service pages, and we do not share information from client or prospective-client forms with advertising platforms.
These technologies may collect your IP address, browser and device information, the pages you visit, the website that referred you, the time of your visit, cookie identifiers, and, if you arrive by clicking a LinkedIn ad, a LinkedIn click identifier. LinkedIn and Google may collect information about your online activities over time and across different websites and use it under their own privacy policies.
We may also share contact information you submit on our recruiting forms, such as your email address, with LinkedIn in hashed (encoded) form. LinkedIn uses it to match you to your LinkedIn account so it can measure the results of our ads. Through the Insight Tag, LinkedIn gives us aggregated reports, not the identities of individual visitors.
